Your Cambridge Exam Results

Cambridge English exam results are accessible online; access details can be found on your Confirmation of Entry. Should these be lost or misplaced, you may request a copy from BLTC by email, starting from the date results are issued. Certificates can be collected by candidates from the BLTC approximately 6 weeks after the results. The candidates will be informed by email when their certificates are ready for collection. 

Collect your certificate:
You can collect your certificate from our office: Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00, Friday: 09:00–16:30
Someone else may collect the certificate on your behalf. Please note that valid identification is required.

Have your certificate sent by post:
We can send your certificate by Registered Post with Track & Trace.
Postal costs:
Within the Netherlands: €10
Within Europe: €15
Outside Europe: €20

If you would like your certificate posted, please provide your full postal address and transfer the applicable amount to our bank account:

Remember to mention your name in the bank transfer.
Once your certificate has been posted, we will email you the Track & Trace details.

Please note: We cannot send certificates to a Postbus/P.O. Box address.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your Cambridge English exam please contact us as soon as possible. 

Refunds are possible under certain circumstances. A refund is possible: 

• if a refund is requested up to 14 days after the payment date (100% refund)
• if a refund is requested before registration closes (40 euros administration fee) 
• if a refund is requested due to medical reasons (exam voucher to reschedule the exam)
