    BLTC is looking for Exam Invigilators to ensure the smooth and secure delivery of exams. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a trusted role that plays a vital part in upholding exam standards and supporting candidates on test day.

    What You’ll Do

    As an Exam Invigilator, you’ll be at the heart of test day operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly, fairly, and according to guidelines. Your role will include:

    • Arriving punctually and professionally representing BLTC
    • Setting up exam rooms and helping candidates feel at ease
    • Guiding candidates, checking IDs, and managing exam entry/exit
    • Monitoring candidates to prevent misconduct and ensure compliance
    • Supporting candidates with special arrangements or accessibility needs
    • Handling and returning exam materials securely and confidentially
    • Reporting any incidents or concerns to the supervisor
    • Adhering to all policies regarding child protection, health & safety, data privacy, and anti-fraud

    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking individuals who are professional, proactive, and reliable:

    • Aged 18 or over
    • Proficient in English (CEFR B2+/C1)
    • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Punctual, dependable, and adaptable (availability on Saturdays is a must)
    • Comfortable with early starts, evening shifts, and travel to off-site venues
    • Legally eligible to work in the Netherlands
