This BLTC course prepares participants for the Cambridge B2 First (FCE) exam. The B2 First is an upper-intermediate examination for learners of English. It is the third level of the Cambridge Main Suite examinations, which assess general English ability from beginners to advanced level. Level: B2
This course prepares students in one semester for the C1 Advanced (CAE) exam. CAE is an advanced level examination for learners of English. It is the fourth level of the Cambridge Main Suite examinations. Level: C1
This BLTC course prepares participants for the C2 Proficiency (CPE) exam. CPE is the fifth, and highest, level of the Cambridge Main Suite examinations. Level: C2
Extensive courses are on a basis of 1 session of 2.5 or 3 hours weekly for 11-14 weeks. These courses are given 3 times a year at all levels - Cambridge First, Advanced, and Proficiency.
The British Language Training Centre (BLTC) also offers a programme of intensive training for people who wish to take a Cambridge exam. This course comprises 25 hours over one week, 5 hours per day. All participants are tested before the start of the course in order to assess their level.
Trainers on Cambridge examination courses are all native-speakers who are qualified and experienced in teaching candidates to take Cambridge exams.
