BLTC is established as a leading in-house English language training company with a highly experienced team of specialist trainers. For over 25 years we have worked in partnership with our many corporate clients in the business community in the Netherlands to develop and run targeted language training programmes to tackle the challenges of international commerce.
What our customized “in-company” language packages always include:
- A detailed pre-course needs analysis
- Individual interviews and level testing of all participants
- A course programme devised in tandem with the participants and the company (what we call a “negotiated syllabus”)
- On-going assessment of participant progress throughout the course
- Regular review of course goals
- End of course evaluation with participants receiving BLTC certificates and informative final assessment reports
- Recommendations for follow-up learning
Our approach to teaching
Our programmes are practical, relevant and goal-oriented. They exploit task-based learning, role plays and simulations with structured input and personalized feedback from the trainers to maximize progress and achievement.
